Terms of Service

PowerPickle (“PowerPickle”, “we”, “us”) operates a pickleball and multi-sport club at 132 Begur–Koppa Road, Vaddarapalya, Bengaluru 560083, Karnataka, India, and the website at www.powerpickle.in. By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account and book sessions.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, email, phone) and for keeping your login secure.
• We verify your email and WhatsApp number to activate your account; an unverified account cannot book.

• A session is confirmed only once payment is captured. Until then a booking is held as “pending” for a limited time and may be released automatically.
• Each session has a capacity and a lock-in time. After lock-in, changes and cancellations are restricted (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
• If a session falls below its minimum required players, or we cancel it for any reason, every confirmed booking is refunded in full.
• You are responsible for the conduct of any guests you book on your behalf.

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• PowerCoins are promotional credits with no cash value. They may be used towards bookings as shown at checkout, and may expire or be adjusted at our discretion. They are non-transferable and non-encashable.
• Prices are shown on the site and at checkout and may change from time to time; the price shown at the time of booking applies to that booking.

• Play at your own risk. You confirm you are physically fit to take part and will follow staff instructions and venue rules.
• We may refuse service, remove, or suspend any account for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.

If you link your DUPR account, we sync your rating and may submit your match results to DUPR for events you play at PowerPickle. Your use of DUPR is also subject to DUPR’s own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerPickle is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the facilities or the site, except where caused by our gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
