This policy explains what personal information PowerPickle collects when you use www.powerpickle.in, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

• Account details: name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, and profile photo (if you add one).
• Booking details: sessions booked, attendees you add (name + phone), payment status, and PowerCoin balance.
• DUPR data (optional): if you link DUPR, your DUPR ID and singles/doubles ratings, and the match results from events you play here.
• Payment data: handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card/bank details.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. page views, performance) via Vercel.

• To create and secure your account and verify your contact details.
• To take bookings, process payments, and send confirmations and reminders.
• To run events and, if you opt in, sync and submit DUPR ratings/results.
• To respond to your queries and improve our services.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure database + authentication hosting.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Interakt — WhatsApp notifications.
• Google — event roster/scoring sheets for tournaments.
• DUPR — rating sync and match submission (only if you link it).
• Vercel — website hosting + analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data where required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed for bookings, accounting, and legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security) to protect it.

• You can view and update your profile under your account.
• You can unlink DUPR at any time from your account.
