Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling a booking
You can cancel a confirmed booking from your account up until the session’s lock-in time. The refund you’ll receive depends on how far ahead of the session you cancel — the exact amount is shown to you before you confirm the cancellation.
- Well before the session: full refund of the cash you paid.
- Closer to the session: a partial cash refund, with the option to take a larger value back as PowerCoins instead of cash.
- After lock-in: no cash refund — the slot is committed and the court/coach has been reserved for you.
The precise cut-offs are configured by the club and always displayed at the time of cancellation, so you know the outcome before you confirm.
2. When we cancel or reschedule
If PowerPickle cancels a session — including when it falls below the minimum players needed — every confirmed booking and any paid waitlist entry is refunded in full (cash), and we notify you by WhatsApp and email.
3. Waitlist
If you pay to join a waitlist and a spot opens, you’re promoted automatically. If no spot opens by the session’s lock-in time, your waitlist payment is refunded in full.
4. PowerCoins
PowerCoins used on a booking are returned to your wallet when a booking is refunded. PowerCoins are promotional credit, have no cash value, and cannot be encashed.
5. No-shows
Failing to attend a confirmed session without cancelling before lock-in is treated as a post-lock-in cancellation and is not refundable.
6. How refunds are paid
Cash refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once initiated, they typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
